The creator of Chandon’s premium sparkling wine selection, Tom Tiburzi, is throwing quite the soiree at the étoile restaurant. Tastemaker’s event takes place at étoile on Sunday March 14th, where dinner guests are served a fabulous three course dinner menu, at $95 per person. The menu will be composed of étoile’s finest selections in spring produce, grown in the Bay Area. Not only will wine lovers be able to bask in the company of wine revolutionary Tom Tiburzi, but they’ll also be sampling some of his finest creations in both sparkling and still wines.
Reception will begin at 6:30 pm, at the étoile restaurant, followed by seating at 7:00 pm sharp. Guests are encouraged either to make reservations via the website at Chandon.com, or call (888) 242-6366 x2 to speak to an étoile hostess regarding reservations, and other dining information.
