FARM at Carneros Inn offers two seatings allowing flexibility for guests to enjoy dinner before heading to another New Year’s Eve celebration or spending the evening celebrating at FARM. The first seating (reservations are available for 5:30 p.m., 6 p.m., and 6:30 p.m.) is a two hour seating featuring a six course menu that ends with a sumptuous Chocolate Passion Sphere with Caramelia Chocolate Cremeux, Fresh Passion Fruit, Espresso Meringue, and Kahlua Ice Cream.
