The 17th Annual Napa Valley Mustard Festival presents The Grand Dinner on Friday, February 19, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. This seven-course dining experience features a menu presented by Napa Valley chefs perfectly paired with wines presented by winemakers and experts from select wineries. This exciting event at Brix in Yountville includes a silent auction and is hosted by Anne Gingrass, Executive Chef at Brix, and Julianne Laks, Winemaker at Cakebread Cellars. This year’s Festival began January 30, 2010 and takes place until March 27, 2010. The Napa Valley Mustard Festival, a non-profit community service organization, beckons visitors to Napa Valley to explore the arts, culture, and agriculture of Napa. Proceeds help a variety of Napa Valley non-profit arts, cultural, historical, educational, and service organizations such as American Red Cross, Clinic Ole, Napa Valley Museum, New Orleans Musicians Hurricane Relief, Parent-Child Advocacy Network, Sharpsteen Museum, Solano College Theater Department, and Vintage High School Drama Department.
