On Friday, July 16th, BANK welcomes Elyse Winery for the first of many winemaker dinners as part of a new addition to the BANK’s events. Founding winemaker and owner, Ray Coursen, along with winemaker Michael Trotta, will be the BANK’s special guests during this four-course dinner created by Executive Chef and Owner, Ken Frank.

The evening begins with a reception on the BANK patio with a French, light, savory pastry made with cheese and 2008 Elyse Rose – a beautiful, complex, and refreshing wine. Dinner starts with an Early Girl Tomato Soup perfectly paired with 2007 Elyse L’Ingenue. Served next will be Crispy Pork Confit with Plum Chutney with the sophisticated 2007 Elyse Winery Zinfandel, Howell Mountain, Napa Valley.

Make sure to save room for the Roast Leg of Lamb with Chick Peas and Summer Vegetable Ragout and the rich 2005 Elyse Cabernet Sauvignon, Marisoli Vineyard, Rutherford. Fresh fruit sorbets and cookies will make the perfect dessert for this warm evening.
