In Italian, the word “sole” translates to the English word for the sun. It is appropriate that one of the country’s most well known summer music festivals is the Napa Valley Festival del Sole. This 10-day festival in its fifth year is a celebration of music, art, food, wine, and life. You’ll meet new friends not only from the United States but also from across the globe.

This year world-renowned musicians and dancers will take the stage at Napa Valley venues including Castello di Amorosa, Lincoln Theater Napa Valley, Napa Valley Opera House, Robert Mondavi Winery, and more. Listen to Grammy Award-winning violinist and classical music superstar Joshua Bell while he performs with other classical music superstars or catch his performance with five-time Grammy Award nominee and contemporary jazz trumpeter and composer, Chris Botti. Allow yourself to become entranced during the dance gala, presented for the first time, featuring top dancers from the American Ballet Theater, Bolshoi Ballet, and Kirov Ballet.
